Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to staff and clients.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
Assist in installing and maintaining IT equipment and systems.
Document issues and solutions, escalating complex problems as needed.
Support ongoing IT-related projects within the office.
Expectations:
Must reside in Kitwe or nearby within Copperbelt Province.
Basic understanding of IT support, hardware, and networking.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
